Professional Bio
I began in the car business in 2000 at the age of 19 as a sales rep for VanPark Hyundai. I enjoyed moderate success for the nearly two years I spent there. In 2002 I Joined Queenston Chevrolet where I developed my career further. During these years I was able to create a successful client portfolio, specialty financing division and an above-average customer satisfaction index score.
In 2004 I was able to achieve Sales Marketing Guild status which I have held ever since. Also that year I was successful in winning GM's Zone & Territory Walk-Around Competitions and was a runner up at the National level.
I believe my current success is a result of my commitment to customer service, honesty and my love of the car business and not from being a savvy talker or skilled "closer". After attending many training seminars and closing schools I came to the realization that I would never buy-in to these tactics so why would my customers?
My future plans include staying at Queenston Chevrolet for years to come.
I grew up and currently reside in Ancaster Ontario. After High School I enrolled at McMaster University part-time as I worked full time for VanPark Hyundai. I married my highschool sweet-heart in March of 2008 after being together for 10 years.
